MARUHITO KONDO

Has more than twenty years of extensive experience as a lawyer in Asia Pacific region and engages principally in corporate and commercial practice, liquidation, commercial and civil litigation, intellectual property, and information technology. He has also a broad experience in international practice in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia and has represented clients in various foreign investment enterprises. He has worked for Robert Lee & Fong in Hong Kong as a legal adviser from 1989 to 1990. After his return to Japan, he worked for Ohara Law Office and then established his own firm, "Maruhito Kondo Law Office" in 1996. Graduated in 1986 from Keio-Gijuku University Graduate School with Master of Laws and was admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 1988. He studied the dispute resolution system of public relations case at Renmin University of China as a scholar. He is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

SUMIKO KATSUMI

Specializes in corporate and commercial practice, liquidation, commercial and civil litigation works, and international transaction. Her involvement in export transactions for Australia and New Zealand shipping lines at John Swire & Sons (Japan) Ltd., a shipping agency with its principal office in UK earned her vast experience in maritime issues and laws. Graduated in 1983 from Keio-Gijuku University and admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 1996. She is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

TAKU IIO

Focuses on liquidation, corporate and commercial disputes and is involved in drafting contracts particularly sales, business commision, debt retirement, franchise, investment, intellectual property right, Anti-monopoly Law, and guardianship. His full experience in insolvency practice leads to his specialization in collection of claims including litigation and enforcement.
Graduated in 1997 from Aoyama Gakuin University and admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 2000. He is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

MINAKO MATSUMOTO

Focuses on corporate and commercial practice, liquidation, commercial and civil litigation works, international transaction, intellectual property right, and Anti-monopoly Law.
Graduated in 1997 from Keio-Gijuku University and in 2006 from Keio Law School with Juris Doctor, and was admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 2007.  She is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

 
YUTO HIRASAWA

Focuses on commercial practice, civil litigation, and general business law.
Graduated in 2006 from Meiji University and in 2009 from Meiji University Graduate School of Law with Juris Doctor, and was admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 2010. He is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

 
NOZOMI FURUBAYASHI

Focuses on corporate and commercial practice, international transaction, and civil litigation works. Graduated in 2004 from Sophia University and in 2008 University of Tokyo Graduate School of Law with Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Association in 2015. She is a member of Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association.

 
SHIGEO IKEDA

Achieved great results as prosecutor during his tenure in Public Prosecutors' Office, including political crimes and corruption cases. He held prominent positions in Public Prosecutors' Office such as chief of criminal investigations, chief prosecutor, and so on. After retired from office, he was appointed as notary of Kyobashi Notary Public Office in Tokyo and carried out his duties for 10 years. He specializes in criminal case and crisis management. Graduated in 1968 from Tokyo University and admitted to the Japan Federation of Bar Association in 2013. He is a member of Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.

 
WANG WEI

Advised on legal business transactions of foreign companies in China including legal questions relating to foreign investment, companies, technology transfer, contracts, labor, and arbitration. Former legal Assistant and Researcher at Baker & McKenzie Tokyo Aoyama Law Office in Japan. She has assisted in drafting variouse Chinese foreign joint venture contracts, articles of association, trademark, technology license contracts and earned diverse knowledge on establishment of foreign investment enterprises and foreign companies in China.
Graduated B.A. in Economics at Liaoning University in China in 1990 and M.A. in Economics from the Division of Economics Graduate School of Yokohama National University in Japan in 1996. Passed the Bar examination and received Jurisdiction of Qualification of China in 2000.
